Belly band, belly belt -whatever you want to call it – WEAR IT! Put it on right after giving birth and Girl don’t take it off until you’ll achieved the results you’re looking for. Why does the belly band work so well? It helps to centralize swelling, ease inflammation and also helps your insides to get back into their rightful place. YES -your insides kind of get moved around and pushed around as the baby grows and so you’ve gotta work to get them back to wear they once were. Bella will be 16 months and I still wear mine.
And plenty of it. Matter of fact, your increased water intake should occur during pregnancy at a healthy level. Jazz it up a bit! Add lemon or some other fresh fruit slices to your glass. Whatever makes it easier to drink more throughout the day. The list of water benefits are endless!! But most importantly, it helps to flush out your system. That’s a phrase we’ve heard a million times but keeping your system free-flowing and free of toxins is soooooooooo important.
Leafy greens are a must in your human being diet anyway! You need veggies but it’s essential that you intake leafy greens for natural fibers, iron and other benefits like cleaning your system as well. Leafy greens do wonders for balancing the blood and hormone levels that are bananas both during pregnancy and after birth!
Always check with your doctor before taking anything over the counter. Especially while pregnant and nursing/breastfeeding your baby! But I’m 100% sure that your doctor will encourage a prenatal vitamin that jam-packed with all the supplements or elements and nutrients that essential to your pre and post baby body!
Your body has an incredible memory! As you’ve fed your body all the goodness that it needs, you’ll be surprised how responsive it is to simple exercises like walking, jogging, elliptical machine and many other options that are safe during pregnancy and afterwards. I firmly stand by regimens like boxing as the best and quickest way to snap-back but trust me, even the lightest of exercise routines will yield your body some amazing results. While pregnant with my babies, I worked out both during pregnancy and after giving birth at least 3 to 4 times a week. You can come up with so many ways that work for you. The point is to make it a priority!
